Hi, I'm Zoya Dorner and I'm thrilled you're here!
As a lifelong Alaskan, and a lover of ocean adventures, I'm eager to have you join me as we get underway on this year-long journey together.
My 25-year career as a physical therapist has given me the opportunity to support women through the lifespan, but when my own body began changing, I found myself in uncharted territory as unexplained symptoms cropped up.
Despite my expertise in women's health, I mistook my symptoms—B12 deficiency, disrupted sleep, unexplained weight gain—as pandemic stress rather than hormonal shifts. Those 3 AM wake-ups became my unwelcome routine, and like many women, I accepted this as my "new normal."
My journey from confusion to clarity revealed that nothing was "wrong" with me. These changes weren't just explainable—they were addressable. With support and understanding how my body works, I made some shifts to my routine and felt so much better.
Now, as a Women's Health Coach, I'm passionate about supporting women and helping them understand how the systems of the body work together.
Its a lot of work to read and learn when you don't feel well or are tired- allow me do the heavy lifting! I"ll present you with the latest info on female hormones and the "best-of" strategies for keeping balance in the body.

Course Curriculum
Over the course of 12 months, you’ll learn how to manage symptoms, optimize your health, and better understand how the various systems of the body work. From hormonal changes to lifestyle practices for better well-being, we cover it all.
Please note the topic order may change through the course of the year.
Also, if there is a subject you would like to see included, please let me know and I'll see about the possibility to adding it to the curriculum!
- Introductions
- Nervous System Overview
- Exploring options for supporting the nervous system including adapotgens, herbs and hormone replacement therapy
- Peri-Menopause overview
- Cultural considerations in the experience of perimenopause and menopause
- Breathwork for nervous system regulation- the diaphragmatic breath
How This Class Works
Each month you'll gain access to new online modules of information. This will include videos and PDF's to review at your own pace.
The videos on various subtopics will be short (5-8 minute) videos with subtitles. Each month will have approximately 30-45 minutes total of video available for review, depending on the topic.
There are no requirements to watch videos in the course. You can pick and choose what topics you are curious about.
You'll also have access to a monthly zoom Q&A session with Zoya in a group setting, a monthly masterclass with guest speakers as well as four quarterly 1:1 zoom meetings with Zoya where you can ask specific questions regarding your health goals, strategies for addressing symptoms, etc.
If you aren't able to make it to the zoom Q&A's or Masterclasses, they will be recorded and saved in your course curriculum for later viewing.
Also, if you'd like to submit a question for the Q&A but won't be present, no problem! I can still answer your question during the Q&A time.

FAQ's
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel anytime prior to 7 day's after start of class, you get your money back - minus $50 administrative fee.
What times are the zoom Q&A's and Masterclasses?
Currently, I'm planning on hosting the classes at 4:00 and 6:30 pm Alaska time on two Mondays a month. I'll rotate between 4 and 6:30, as this will allow for people in varying time zones to have opportunity to attend.
How will we communicate throughout the course?
You can e-mail me with questions about class logistics. During our 4 one-on-one sessions through the course of the year, I'll be able to give you individual support. You'll also have the opportunity for questions during monthly Q &A and Masterclasses!
Can I skip some of the modules if I'm not interested in the topic?
Yes, of course! There is nothing "required" in this course-no quizzes here! I invite you to join in the series in whatever capacity you desire.
